Heather Davison, Chair Coventry Peace Orchard, invites schools and individuals to bring something to sit on, food to share and enjoy this special day.

With live music and entertainment, this is an opportunity to meet with friends and family and connect to new people. Enjoy a variety of sports, live performances, arts and crafts and even an outdoor yoga session to promote health and wellbeing.

The Peace Picnic was set up several years ago by Normandy Day UK founder Dennis Davison to mark D DAY and the end of WW11. Dennis created the Peace Orchard for future generations to enjoy and so it is a privilege to have young people leading the event this year.
